Did you know that we could no longer be saved by the name of Jesus? I didn’t! One of the last messages from Jesus before he went to heaven was to baptize in three names:
Matt. 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,”
THINK ABOUT IT! In order to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, you have to KNOW the NAME of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit! Of course the Father’s name is Jehovah (Yahway is the same thing for those knitpicky people), the Son’s name is Jesus. So what’s the name of the Holy Spirit? If the Father and the Son have a name, then these are only titles. So then shouldn’t the Holy Spirit have a name?
Most people can figure out that we are in the last days. So guess when the name of the Holy Spirit will be used to save us?
Rev. 3:11 “I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12 Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God…and I will also write on him my new name.”
Jesus said that he will have a new name! In case you didn’t know, the Revelation is written for the last days, so that must be when Jesus will come with a new name. Just as 2000 years ago only the name of Jesus can save us, so also only Jesus’s new name will save us in these last days. Do you wanna know the new name of Jesus?
SO DO I! They haven’t told me yet! What a cliff-hanger! They said I’ll find out in my next study. I sure hope so! I think I’m getting closer to know what is the deal with Ahnsahnghong…
